While thorough texts on everything from meditation instructions to high lama’s biographies are available for anyone to see on the internet, it is very hard to find anything on subjects like Tibetan dancing, cuisine or folk customs.”
“His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama has often stressed the importance of trying to preserve the Tibetan culture, as it now is threatened by extinction under the Chinese rule.”
